    Lamas Thermaclad is a leading independent professional firm of Specialists offering an expanding range of services covering both insulation and asbestos activities.
    In this brief profile we aim to introduce the company, its services and staff in order to demonstrate that Lamas Thermaclad has the expertise to provide a high quality of service and workmanship to a broad spectrum of clients.

    In the following sections of this statement we present a brief history of Lamas Thermaclad before providing a summary of our broad range of services.

    Lamas Thermaclad was formed in 1994 by the existing Managing Director.
    The company has grown rapidly, establishing on the way a reputation for a high standard of service and workmanship with cost effective solutions.
    We have moved on to open bases in the south east and north of England to provide a regionally based operation giving more efficient access to a countrywide client base.
    Initially offering asbestos removal, acoustic and thermal insulation, the company has increased the range of services available to include asbestos survey and specialist cleaning services.

    Lamas Thermaclad employs a full time team of consultants, all of whom are qualified to degree level or equivalent in their specialist fields. This, combined with further training provided both in-house and through professional bodies, ensures that a high level of knowledge is available whatever the particular need.

    High priority is placed on retention of key personnel in order to maintain quality and point of contact for the client. Equally, recruitment of staff is given high profile, both to consolidate current services and to expand the range of services we can provide.

    The company specialises in providing an all round service to clients, with our policy being to provide a service which reflects the highest standards available. In all cases this will be to ISO 9001:2000 and in the case of any asbestos work, to the current Asbestos Regulations.

    The company is registered with Construction Line, and is a member of ACAD, which is the Asbestos Control and Abatement division of the Thermal Insulation Contractors’ Association.
